So this is the final result of the berry picking: raspberry apple crisp. The recipe, more or less:
-A few apples, peeled, cored, sliced
-A decent amount of raspberries
Place these in a 9×13 pan, or whatever you have.
-3/4 cup flour (I used buckwheat)
-3/4 cup light brown sugar
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
-1/2 tsp. nutmeg
-a couple shakes of ginger, allspice, cloves
Mix that all up well and cover the top of the fruit. Melt:
-1 stick of butter
And drizzle over the top. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes or so, until it’s done. You’ll know. It’ll look kind of like this.
