L.A. Farmer’s Market, Fullerton Arboretum, and Sushi

Farmer's Market, Los Angeles California

Quick post today; text to be expanded on later. I’m really sleepy.

Today we went to L.A. for the famous farmer’s market. Passed on $2 pomegranates as big as your head — okay, not really — and kicking myself for that. Got some souvenirs and gifts.

Met my sister at the Fullerton Arboretum which is very cool, but we were hurried as it closes at 4:30 during fall. Spent most of my time in the cactus garden.

Went to my sister and brother in law’s favorite sushi joint, had some amazing uni and scallop, and someone ordered the live shrimp.

Huh. Doesn’t get any more fresh.

Lots and lots of fun stuff from the arboretum; a few are up now but more are coming once I get home. slideshow!
